Ad spend is billed directly to you by Google, so you keep full visibility and control of every dollar, with no markup. Your existing SEO retainer of $1,100/month + GST continues unchanged as your always-on foundation. On a typical active month, the Ads management fee sits around $250-$300, and drops to nothing in any month you choose to pause.

This is a deliberately modest, easy-to-justify starting budget that sits comfortably on top of your SEO. The idea is simple: switch on and build the quote pipeline when you have capacity, ease back as jobs fill, and pause entirely through your busiest build stretch.
